FAQs
Can I share my High Holy Day Ticket with family and friends?
The High Holy Day tickets can only be shared with immediate family members who are covered by your NSTE membership. If you have a friend or family member who is not yet a member, they can contact us to purchase a ticket.
What happens if I can't show the ticket on my phone at the gate?
You can print a copy of the ticket at home and bring it with you. A list of names will also be at the gate in case you are unable to bring it with you. You can also request a hard copy be sent to you in the post by our office team.
Why haven't I received my ticket?
Tickets are electronic this year and have been sent by email. If you haven't received your ticket check your junk inbox. Alternatively, you may be unsubscribed from NSTE emails. Contact the office to get your ticket re-sent.
Do I have an assigned seat?
NSTE does not assign seats. All seats are available to anyone attending the services.
