Special Occasions

Our tradition holds that there are countless sacred moments in a lifetime, and we believe that these call for celebration and sanctification.  Together on Shabbat, our Temple family has come together to help honour our members’ life transitions, including:

• “Milestone” wedding anniversaries
• Retirement
• Birth of a grandchild
• Anniversary of immigration to Australia
• Departure for or return from Israel
• Recovery from serious illness
• Completion of HSC or higher learning degree
• Renewal of vows

We'd love to celebrate your special simcha, either with an aliyah (call-up) to the Torah on a Shabbat morning, recognition on a Friday night, through a special kiddush (refreshments and camaraderie) following a Shabbat service, or at some other time.
